Entries start every half hour. Non-slip socks and sportswear are required to use the attractions.

An adult accompanying a child up to and including age 6 enters on one ticket and may use the attractions free of charge. A parent of a child aged 7 or older needs a ticket to use the attractions.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your entry. Every entry begins with an instructional video.

Only a 1-hour entry ticket can be bought online. Other tickets are available at the venue, or you can reserve a spot by phone or email.
